[經驗分享]如何處理急凍魷魚(Tips for cutting the frozen squid)

魷魚筒買回來洗淨後:
After clean the squid:



1- 將魷魚打橫切開一半如上圖
Slide the squid horizontally like the picture above.


2- 將軟骨移除
Remove the soft bone



3- 將有骨那面輕輕用刀戒花, 可以令魷魚捲曲, 相反則可以令魷魚不會捲
Make the cross gently with a knife on the surface. Making it on the surface with the soft bone will make the squid curling after cook. In the other way, will make it flat after cook.
