日本湯麵底湯粉 (Bonito Flavored soup stock)
主要材料係鰹魚, 通常日本人用來作炆煮食物, 作湯麵的湯底或麵豉湯也會下些增強鮮味

Dashi, or Bonito fish soup stock, is used as a base for almost all Japanese soups, broths and stews.
Use dashi as a base for miso soup, udon/soba soup, sukiyaki or whatever you would like
