(although you won't find the english description of the following ingredient, you can at least get an idea how it looks like)

香 草煮西餐常常都會用到, 用識當的香草能提升香味, 常用有迷迭香(rosemary), 常用於羊扒, 雞扒上, 黑椒粉(black pepper), 常用於牛扒, 百里香(Thyme), 常用於海鮮,  紫蘇(basil), 常用於蕃茄, 沙律等等, 通常超市都有得買, 但種類唔多, 亦未必齊, 香草大多要煎過香味才會散出, 如果新鮮的, 則要浸過水, 搾壓過才能令香味散出, 如檸檬葉
