食譜: 鹹菜炒銀芽 (salted sour cabbage with bean sprouts)

鹹蟲出現啦, 嘩哈哈

鹹菜幾時都係我"非罰"呀, 加其他野炒嚟食又得, 就咁食亦得, 真係無得頂呀

哩個餸真係超簡單, 聽聞芽菜有好營養(比其他蔬菜嚟講), 熱量又低, 無論減肥人士, 大人細路都唔怕食多啲啦

正所謂: 好味鹹菜炒銀芽, 健康好味無花假

真係好好味呀

烹調時間: 35分鐘左右

1- 鹹酸菜1包 (250g), 洗淨切絲 ( bag of salted sour cabbage, shredded)
2- 芽菜約200g, 去尾, 洗淨 (200g bean sprouts, tail removed, cleaned)
3- 青蔥4條, 去白, 切段 (4 green onion, tail removed, cut into pieces)

(份量只作參考)
1- 魚露適量 (Some fish sauce)
2- 水1/3杯左右 (1/3 cup of water)

1- 快火落油起鑊, 先炒香芽菜, 加入鹹菜, 青蔥炒香 (圖1)

2- 加1/3杯水左右蓋好蓋, 煮3-4分鐘 (圖2), 加入魚露調味即成

1- Heat the pan with oil in high heat.  Stir-fry the bean sprout.  Add and stir-fry the cabbage and green onions. (fig1)

2-  Add 1/3 cup of water.  Covered by a lid, cook for 3-4 mins. (fig2)  Add a fish sauce to taste.

1- 芽菜買時, 用手去抓, 如果"索索"聲就係靚

2- 鹹菜以小葉(手指指著, 深綠色部位, 越少越好)為佳
