食譜: 茄豆芝味炒碎牛 (Minced beef with baked bean)

休息左兩日, 心情好返晒啦, 多謝各為blog友關心呀

雖然無咩做過, 只係同太太買吓餸, 玩吓wii fit, 不過都過得好開心呀,

其實我真係唔需要生活過得好刺激呀, 日日好忙咁呀, 我其他喜歡平平淡淡, 只要同自己心愛的一齊, 做咩都無咩所謂呀, 或者係咁, 所以我一直無諗過返香港住呀啦

講返煮飯先, 哩個餸, 係來自blog 友 "甜蜜湯" 呀, 簡單易煮好味道, 我又點可以錯過呢(其實因為太多茄汁豆要消滅就真)

你見我啲芝士未溶, 其實係因為我落得太多, 所以溶唔切, 如果大家同樣問題,

可以放入焗爐再焗至芝士變金黃, 就非常非常之正啦, 我懶呀, 就咁食算啦, 所以我無焗到, 哈哈

碎牛肉記得要先白鑊逼油, 咁之後食落都安心, 同健康啲啦, 改用牛肉絲都可以, 隨你自己口味改變啦

1- 碎牛肉1磅左右, (1 lbs of minced beef)

 原味茄汁焗豆一罐 (1 cane of baked bean, original)

3- 細洋蔥1個, 去衣切粒 (1 small onion, peeled, diced)

4- Mozzarella 芝士碎5湯匙 (5 tbsp of shredded Mozzarella cheese)

5- 蒜蓉1湯匙 (1 tbsp chopped garlic)

份量自供參考 (just for reference only)
1- 茄汁3湯匙 (3 tbsp of ketchup)

2- 糖1湯匙 (1 tbsp white sugar)

3- 水2湯匙 (2 tbsp of water)

1- 
牛肉基本野醃15分鐘(圖1), 快火起鑊, 白鑊炒至牛肉7成熟, 隔油備用(圖2)

快火落油起鑊, 爆香蒜蓉, 落洋蔥和約半茶匙鹽炒軟, 再加入茄汁豆, 汁料撈勻(圖3), 再加牛肉炒熟(圖4), 上碟灑上芝士碎即成

1- Marinade the beef with basic seasoning for 15 minutes (fig.1).  Heat the pan over high heat.  Stir-fry the beef until 70% done.  Put it aside and drain it well (fig.2).

Heat the pan with some oil over high heat.  Stir-fry the garlic until fragrant.  Stir in the onion and stir-fry it with some salt until soft.  Stir in the baked bean and sauce mix (fig.3).  Stir in the beef and cook until it is fully cooked.  Dish up and add the cheese on the top.  Serve it in hot.
