又有一個同事走啦, 我同事搵到新工, 佢今日心情超靚同大家宣佈哩個消息, 我聽完都好戥佢開心, 但同時我又好唔開心, 一來走嘅唔係我, 二來我搵左好耐都無消息, 三來佢一走我地個個又要做埋佢啲野, 唉, 真係死得呀

今日心情真係超差, 晨早起身又唔精神, 連熄左鬧鐘又唔知,

個汁當然超好味啦, 酸酸甜甜, hp汁或ok汁非常之有生果味, 亦非常適合配牛肉, 再加埋少少茄汁, 味道當然係好啦

材料 Ingredients

1- 牛肉450克, 去片 (450g of beef fillet, sliced)

2- 三色椒各半個, 切件  (3 colors bell pepper, half of each, cut into pieces)

3- 蒜蓉1湯匙 (1 tbsp chopped garlic)

4- 中洋蔥1個, 去皮, 切絲 (1 medium onion, peeled, sliced)

5- 蘋果1個, 去皮, 切件 (1 apple, peeled, cut into pieces)

汁料 Sauce
份量只供參考 (just for reference only)

1- 茄汁1湯匙 (1 tbsp of ketchup)

2- 糖1湯匙 (1 tbsp of sugar)

3- HP汁3湯匙 (3 tbsp of chili bean sauce)

4- 水1/4杯 (1/4 cup of water)

做法 Steps

1- 牛肉用基本野醃(除了鹽)15分鐘備用, 快火落油(約1湯匙)起鑊, 將牛肉炒至7成熟, 盛起備用(圖1)

2- 快火落油(約1湯匙)起鑊, 先落蒜茸炒至金黃, 加入洋蔥和1/3茶匙鹽炒至軟身(圖2), 加入三色椒兜勻略炒(圖3), 再加回牛肉和汁料兜勻煮滾, 再加蘋果兜勻(圖4), 上碟即成

1- Marinade the beef with basic seasoning (expect salt) for 15 minutes.  Heat the pan with 1 tbsp of oil over high heat.  Stir fry the beef until 70% done.  Put it aside (fig.1).

2- Heat the pan with 1 tbsp of oil over high heat.  Stir fry garlic is golden and fragrant.  Stir fry the onion with 1/3 tsp of salt until soft (fig.2).  Stir in pepper and heat it through (fig.3).  Stir in the beef and sauce mix, and heat it through.  Stir in the apple and mix it well (fig.4).  Dish it up and serve it hot

1- 牛肉不要用鹽去醃, 亦不要煮得太熟

  8. 新煮意喎!用蘋果煲湯就試得多,炒餸真係未試過。咪唔開心啦,起碼你仲有份工做緊,比起啲失緊業 o既已經好好多 o架了,繼續努力啦!
