去完旅行回來啦, 今次行程十分輕鬆, 所以都唔算得好辛苦, 玩時都唔覺累, 而家先開始覺得,

多謝各位到google blog 幫我測試, 我決定兩個都用, 方便用開yahoo嘅用戶, 又可以方便一些覺得yahoo很麻煩嘅朋友, google blog 可以改動好多設計, 所以我仲係設計緊, 啲功能會一路一路加, 可能到時仲好用過yahoo哩邊

今日哩個餸非常之清爽, 我覺得好啱夏天食

芽菜好多blog友都試過, 越炒越多水哩個情況, 其實只要飛一飛水, 將佢先整熟, 隔好水, 都差唔多煮好先加返炒熱,

基本上出水情況會大大改善, 大家可以試一吓

其他材料都好容易處理,

都無咩需要特別要注意, 個汁要杰啲就加點生粉水啦, 否則就咁樣都無咩問題呀

夏天炎炎, 食啲瓜菜就最啱啦, 一啲都唔難整,

Prep 準備: 15 minutes |  Cook烹調: 20 minutes |  For 份量: 4 people 

材料 Ingredients

1- 枚頭豬肉柳1磅, 切片 (1 lbs of tenderloin pork, cut into piece)

2- 雲耳150g, 浸軟, 去蒂, 切絲 (150g black fungus, soaked, stemmed off)

3- 青瓜1條, 去核, 切絲 (1 seedless cucumber, sliced)

4- 中型洋蔥1個, 去皮,切粒 (1 onion, peeled, diced)

5- 蒜蓉1湯匙 (1 tbsp chopped garlic)

6- 芽菜約200g, 去尾, 洗淨 (200g bean sprouts, stem off)

汁料 Sauce
份量只供參考 (just for reference only)

1- 蠔油3湯匙 (3 tbsp of oyster sauce)

2- 麻油1
茶匙 (1 tsp of sesame oil)

3- 1/4茶匙 (1/4 tsp of sugar)

4- 水3湯匙 (3 tbsp of water)
做法 Steps

1- 先將豬肉用基本野醃15分鐘, 同時將芽菜飛水30秒, 隔水備用, 快火落油(約1湯匙)起鑊, 將豬肉炒熟, 盛起備用(圖1)

2- 快火落油(約1湯匙)起鑊, 先爆香蒜蓉,蔥和辣椒, 再加入洋蔥和1/3茶匙鹽炒軟(圖2), 加入豬肉, 雲耳和青瓜兜勻煮熱, 再加芽菜兜勻(圖3), 加入汁料兜勻煮滾(圖4), 上碟即成

1-  Marinade the pork with basic seasoning for 15 minutes.  Meanwhile, blanch the bean sprout for 30 second.  Drain it well.  Heat the pan with 1 tbsp of oil.  Stir fry the pork until done.  Put it aside (fig.1)

2- Heat the pan with 1 tbsp of oil over high heat.  Stir fry the garlic until fragrant.  Stir in the onion with 1/3 tsp of salt until soft (fig.2).  Stir in the pork ,fungus and cucumber and heat through.  Stir in the bean sprout and mix it well (fig.3).  Stir in the sauce mix and heat through (fig.4).  Dish it up and serve it hot.

1- 芽菜出過水就不用再煮太耐, 那就不會出太多水

1- Blanch the bean sprout so that you won't need to cook again.  So the bean won't release too much water while cooking.

  3. You can count how many ppl goes to yahoo and/or google blog now but you have to manage two sites. 
    I'm on diet, this dish is good.

  16. hi 你好丫 通少!我都系第1次留言咋,不過都成日黎偷師學煮餸ga!hehe學左又成功煮既最近有〔黃金芙蓉蛋〕〔茄蛋開花〕〔京都肉排〕〔薯仔炆雞翼〕雖然之前自己都有煮,但系整得好普通,唔難食但又唔系好好食個種lo!依家跟左你既煮法,真系好食好多,由其炒蛋,真系好滑好好食,不過只加左花奶煮-因為我唔食鮮奶 呵呵 ,小菜煮得好成功呀!多謝你!下次影相俾你睇下先 哈哈! 祝你生活愉快!
