食譜: 金華津白 (Steam cabbage with proscuitto)

無驚無險就去到星期四啦, 我又多個同事要離開啦, 而承繼佢嘅, 無錯, 又係我呀, 天呀,

而家我有一機會, 就會同大家講多啲關於減肥同卡路里嘅知識,

所以做左唔少資料搜集, 我同大家分享無所謂, 但唔好盡信呀, 要得到最正確嘅資訊, 當然去搵註冊營養師啦

今日哩個餸只係其中一個菜, 就咁食唔夠飽嘅, 大家不況煮多樣餸會好啲

哩個菜超易整, 熱量又得, 又好味,

不過!!! 由於有金華火腿, 含鹽量非常之高, 如果大家有高血壓, 唔建議大家食用

紹菜好甜好好味, 不過比較寒涼, 所以大家最好多加幾片薑一齊煮, 用雞湯餵過啲菜會令佢更好味, 更鮮甜, 不過, 會淨低唔少雞湯, 大家可以用嚟煮其他菜, 或者飲左去,

所以先用意大利腿, 好處係容易處理, 煎香就可以用得, 如果用正式金華火腿的話, 記得要先蒸15分鐘先可以用, 味道會比較香濃惹味

1- 紹菜約半個, 切大塊 (1/2 Chinese cabbage, cut into large pieces)

2- 薑片3片 (3 slices of ginger)

3- 意大利煙燻火腿片6塊 (6 slices of prosciutto ham)

4- 史雲生雞湯1罐 (1 cane of chicken broth)

5- 水1杯 (1 cup of water)

汁料 Sauce
份量只供參考 (just for reference only)

1- 粟粉3湯匙 (3 tbsp of corn starch)

2- 水2湯匙 (2 tbsp of water)

做法 Steps
1- 先將雞湯和水大火煲滾, 加入薑片和紹菜滾15分鐘, 將菜夾起, 上碟備用, 湯汁留起1杯用

2- 快火落油(約1/3湯匙)起鑊, 將火腿兩面煎15秒, 舖上紹菜, 再將湯汁於鑊煮滾, 加入生粉水埋獻, 淋上火腿和紹菜即成

1- Boil the chicken broth and water in a pot over high heat.  Stir in the gingers and cabbage.  Cover and simmer it for 15 minutes.  Take the cabbage out and drain it well.  Dish it up.  Save 1 cup of the chicken broth for later

2- Heat the pan with some oil over high heat (at least 1/3 tbsp of oil).  Pan fry the prosciutto 15 seconds each side.  Top it over the cabbage.  Boil the reserved chicken broth in the pan over high heat.  Stir in the sauce mix to thicken it.  Pour it over the proscuitto and serve it in hot.
