食譜: 香煮蕃茄蠔菇 (Stir fry oyster mushroom in tomato sauce)

雖然今日係星期五,

但我今晚仍然要返工做通頂呀, 做電腦哩行就係, 耐唔耐就要開夜班, 不過雖然要返夜, 公司比我放星期一假補返, 都算啦, 只係聽日會超累啦

我哩邊哩幾日都落雨, 天氣涼返好多呀, 好似話toronto 仲有龍捲風警告, 有啲地區仲傾盆大雨, 有啲仲電供應添呀,

聽到都覺得好可怕呀

今日哩個餸, 呵呵, 唔啱食肉獸, 因為一啲肉都無呀, 其實我耐唔耐都會煮啲素菜嚟清吓個腸胃,

但有好多朋友原來都唔知, 煮蕃茄要落糖先會出味哩個道理, 成日都話啲蕃茄炆唔出味, 唔好食咁話

材料 Ingredients

1- 罐頭蠔菇1罐  (1 cane of oyster mushroom)

2- 中型洋蔥1個, 去衣切絲 (1 medium onion, sliced)

3- 青椒1個, 切絲 (1 green pepper, sliced)

4- 蒜蓉2湯匙 (2 tbsp minced garlic)

5- 蕃茄2個, 切件 (2 beef tomato, cut into pieces)

汁料 Sauce
份量只供參考 (just for reference only)

1- 茄汁約3湯匙 (3 tbsp Ketchup)

2- 糖1湯匙 (1 tbsp of sugar)

3- 老抽1湯匙 (1 tbsp of black soya)

4- 水1/2杯 (1/2 cup of water)

做法 Steps

1- 快火落油(約1/2湯匙)起鑊, 加入洋蔥和1茶匙鹽(圖1)和1湯匙老抽炒至軟身, 再加入蕃茄和1湯匙糖炒軟(圖2), 加入蠔菇和青椒炒香, 再加汁料兜勻煮滾, 蓋頂焗1分鐘, 埋獻, 上碟即成

1- Heat the pan with some oil over high heat (at least 1/2 tbsp of oil).  Stir-fry the onion with 1 tsp of salt (fig.1) and 1 tbsp of black soya until soft.  Stir in the tomato with 1 tbsp of sugar, mix it well until soft (fig.2).  Stir in mushroom and pepper until fragrant.  Stir in the sauce mix and heat through.  Cover and simmer it for 1 minute.  Thicken the sauce if necessary.  Dish it up and serve it in hot

1- 汁料口味要自己調整, 要甜一點就加糖多些, 要酸一點就加鹽多些

    我右黎啦....之前煮左..蒸蛋同金銀蛋莧菜..
    都係跟住你煮架...好好味牙...
    不過呢..蒸蛋個陣..我等左10幾分鍾都係水水地...
    再等多幾分鍾...出面d開始"鞋"..好彩入面仲係好滑....你個blog真係好有用牙!!
