食譜: 脆脆肉絲 (Stir fry pork with zuchinni)

非常之疲累呀, 我條腰好似肌肉發炎添呀, 每日都隱隱作痛, 睇嚟都係時候要見醫生啦

1- 枚頭豬肉1磅左右, 切片 (1 lbs of tenderloin pork, cut into pieces)

2- 中型洋蔥半個, 去衣切粒 (1/2 medium onion, diced)

3- 蒜蓉1湯匙 (1 tbsp minced garlic)

4- 脆肉瓜3條, 切件 (3 zucchini, cut into pieces)

5- 罐頭草菇1罐 (1 cane of mushroom)

6- 熱水1/4杯 (1/4 cup of hot water)

汁料 Sauce
份量只供參考 (just for reference only)

1- 水4湯匙 (4 tbsp of water)

2- 蠔油2湯匙 (1 tbsp of oyster sauce)

3- 糖1/2茶匙 (1/2 tsp of sugar)

做法 Steps

1- 先將豬肉用基本野醃15分鐘備用, 快火落油(約1湯匙)起鑊, 落豬肉炒熟(圖1), 盛起備用

2- 快火落1湯匙油, 快火起鑊, 先爆香蒜茸, 再加入洋蔥和1/3茶匙鹽炒至軟身(圖2), 再加入草菇和脆肉瓜兜勻(圖3), 再加1/4杯熱水, 蓋頂焗5分鐘, 再加豬肉和汁料兜勻(圖4), 上碟即成

1- Marinade the pork with basic seasoning for 15 minutes.  Heat the pan with 1 tbsp of oil over high heat.  Stir fry pork until done (fig.1).  Put it aside

2-  Heat the pan with 1 tbsp of oil over high heat.  Stir fry the garlic until fragrant.  Stir-fry the onion with 1/3 tsp of salt until soft (fig.2).  Stir in the mushroom and zucchini (fig.3).  Add 1/4 cup of hot water.  Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.  Stir in pork with the sauce mix and mix it well (fig.4). Dish it up and serve it in hot.

貼士 Tips
1- 脆肉瓜有人喜歡吃脆, 有人喜歡吃腍, 要按照自己喜好, 加減焗的時間, 如果焗時水已完全蒸發, 就加多點熱水補充, 相反則倒去多餘水份才好加汁料兜勻

1- Increase or reduce the zucchini simmering time according to your preference.  Add more hot water if necessary.  Remove the excess water before stir in the sauce mix.

  7. 喺香港如果肌肉發炎,睇醫生冇咩用 o架!佢地剩係俾啲消炎藥你食,又要食胃藥先頂得順,食到你暈下暈下,其實好傷身 o架!我寧願自己捽下藥油,加上做下適當嘅運動,拉下筋,仲好過添。你都要做多啲拉筋運動,唔好剩係對住個電腦呀,小心保重!
