自創食譜: 甜甜美極雞翼 (Pan-fried chicken wings with maggie)



唔好講笑, 哩排真係超忙呀, 哩幾日都無咩時間上忙呀

係呀, 我第一本食譜就出啦,

會於4月中出版, 書名叫啦"倆口子住家菜", 入面有約34個食譜, 當中有10多個係未出現過的, 可以話係秘密食譜, 希望大家會多多支持呢, 但我仲未有太多消息, 一有消息就會再通知大家呢

而我開始準備第二期食譜,

所以真係好忙呀, 好在, 復活假就來了, 我會好好休息一吓呢, 大家見我無咩出食譜唔好以為我懶呀, 實在真係無時間呢, 希望大家唔好見怪先好呀

今日就請大家食哩個超正嘅雞翼先, 十分易煮, 香甜惹味, 我保證大家一定食極唔夠呀, 唔信?

1- 雞翼1磅左右 (1 lbs of chicken wings)

汁料 Sauce
份量只供參考 (just for reference only)

1- 美極鮮醬油2湯匙 (2 tbsp of Maggi seasoning)

蜜糖
2湯匙 (2 tbsp of honey)

3- 玫瑰露1/2
茶匙 (1/2 tsp of Chinese Rose cooking wine)

3- 水1 湯匙 (1 tbsp of water)

做法 Steps
 

1- 先將雞翼用基本醃料醃15分鐘 (圖1), 快火落油(約1/2湯匙)起鑊, 將雞翼炒至兩面金黃(圖2)

加入1杯熱水, 蓋頂用中火炆6分鐘, 將雞翼反轉, 再加入1杯熱水, 蓋頂用中火紋6分鐘(圖3), 開蓋, 倒去剩下的水份, 再加入汁料兜勻即成(圖4)

1-Marinade the chicken wings with basic seasoning for 15 minutes (fig.1).  Heat the pan with 1/2 tbsp of oil over high heat.  Stir fry the chicken until golden (fig.2).

2- Add in 1 cup of hot water.  Cover and simmer for 6 minutes over medium heat.  Turn the chicken wings over.  Add another cup of hot water.  Cover and simmer for 6 minutes over medium heat (fig.3).  Remove the remaining water in the pan.  Stir in the sauce mix and mix it well (fig.4).  Serve it in hot.

貼士 Tips
1- 雞翼怕有雪味, 可以用鹽水洗淨, 再加點薑汁去醃即可

2- 蜜糖最好還是和汁料分開加入, 因為蜜糖容易令食物變焦, 所以最是熄了火後才加入兜勻

1- To make the chicken wings taste better, it is recommend to wash it with the salt.  Also, add some ginger juice to marinade it.
