1- 椰菜花一大個 (1 cauliflower)

2- 蒜蓉1湯匙 (1 tbsp minced garlic)

中型洋蔥半個, 去衣切粒 (1/2 medium onion, diced)

薯仔1個, 去皮, 切細粒 (1 small potato, diced into small pieces)
汁料 Sauce mix
份量只供參考 (just for reference only)

1- 日式咖哩磚2小塊 (2 small cube of Japanese Curry)

2- 牛油1湯匙 (1 tbsp of peanut butter)

4- 熱水250毫升, 約1量杯 (250ml of hot water)

做法 Steps

1- 先將薯仔飛水30分鐘, 隔水備用, 同時將椰菜花切開成細見, 洗淨, 隔好水備用

快火落約1/2茶匙油起鑊, 先將蒜蓉和洋蔥和1/3茶匙鹽和炒至軟身 (圖1), 再加入椰菜花薯仔炒3分鐘, 加入熱水半杯, 快火蓋頂煮5-8分鐘, 再加餘下半杯熱水, 熄火, 離開爐頭, 放入日式咖哩磚和牛油兜勻溶化, 蓋頂焗5分鐘, 上碟即成

1- Blanch the potato for 30 minutes.  Drain it well and put it aside.  Meanwhile, cut the cauliflower into piece.  Wash it well.  Drain it well and put it aside .

2- Heat the pan with 1/2 tsp oil over high heat. Stir-fry garlic and the onion with 1/3 tsp of salt until soft. Stir-fry cauliflower and potato for 3 minutes. Add half cut of hot water.  Cover and simmer for 5-8 minutes over high heat.  Add the remaining hot water and mix it well.  Turn off the heat and leave the stove.  Stir in the curry cubes and butter until dissolved.  Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.  Dish it up and serve it in hot.

貼士 Tips
1-薯仔煮溶會很香口的, 想有點咬口不想溶掉它的話, 即可以減少飛水時間至15分鐘

2- 咖哩磚不能加熱的, 所以一定要離開火源, 讓它自然溶化即可, 否則就不會杰的

1- Dissolved potato make the sauce more tasty.  However, if you don't want to dissolve it into the sauce mix, reduce the simmer time to 15 minutes

2- Japanese curry cube will thicken the sauce only if you add it into the sauce mixture without heating it.  Remove the sauce mixture from the stove is recommended.
