[自創食譜]粟米皇子煎香腸 (Stir-fried sausage in sweet corn cream sauce)

昨日有讀者於facebook問我, 有沒有一些超簡單又適合上班一族的食譜可以介紹, 其實我blog中大部份的食譜, 都是40分鐘左右就能完成的,
算得上是簡單易整的

不過我好像沒有說過, 雖然我是天天都煮晚飯, 但我不是天天到街市或超市買菜的人,
通常都是周末才一口氣買下一個星期的材料, 我沒有特別設定要買甚麼的, 合時, 減價的話就會買, 到要煮的時候, 才想想怎樣將材料混合的

所以我的食譜, 很多時都是第一次去煮,
未到打開雪櫃前, 要煮甚麼, 其實我是沒有頭緒的, 哈哈哈, 亦因為這樣, 我的做法一定是很簡單易做的

像今天介紹的食譜, 真係極容易去做, 只要預先買定需要的材料, 即使放工只得30分鐘時間, 也可以煮到的, 大家放心去試試, 一定又快又易做得好

Prep 準備: 10 minutes | Cook 烹調: 10 minutes | For 份量: 4 people | Calories 熱量: 1550 (Estimated/ 估計)

材料 Ingredients
1- 6條德國蒜腸(或比粗一點的香腸)約 400克 (6 knockwurst sausages)

2- 皇子菇400克, 切片 (400g of King Oyster Mushroom, sliced)

3- 中型洋蔥1個, 去皮切粒 ( 1 medium onion, peeled, diced)

牛油1湯匙 (1 tbsp butter)

5- 蒜蓉1湯匙 (1 tbsp minced garlic)

6- 青椒1個, 約250克, 切件 (1 green pepper, cut into pieces)

汁料 Seasoning
份量只供參考 (just for reference only)
1- 忌廉粟米1罐 (1 cane of Sweet corn cream style)

2- 牛油1 湯匙 (1 tbsp of butter)

3- 奶或熱水1/2 量杯 (1/2 cup of milk or hot water)

做法 Steps

1- 先將蒜腸放入熱水煮5分鐘, 待涼切件備用

2- 易潔鑊用快火落油約1湯匙起鑊, 加入蒜蓉和洋蔥及1/3茶匙鹽炒至軟身, 加入皇子菇牛油炒至軟身, 再加入青椒兜勻炒透 (約2分鐘), 加入蒜腸和汁料煮滾調好味道, 上碟即

1- Cook the sausage in a boiling water for 5 minutes.  Cut it into pieces and put it aside.

2- Heat the non-sticky pan with 1 tbsp of oil over high heat again.  Stir fry the garlic and the onion with 1/3 tsp of salt until soft.  Stir in the mushroom and butter until soft.  Stir in the green pepper and heat it through (for about 2 minutes).  Stir in sausages and the sauce mixture.  Mix it well and heat it through.  Dish it up and serve it in hot.

貼士 Tips
1- 想再好吃一點的話, 蒜腸可以等到回鑊前一刻才切件, 這樣做, 肉汁會流失較少, 令整個菜色更香口

2- 想再簡化一點也是可以的, 皇子菇, 青椒和洋蔥改用急凍的雜豆就可以了, 包你10分鐘就能煮好

3- 想講究一點也是可以的, 將香腸改成肉丸, 汁料中加入白酒1/4杯, 奶改用淡忌簾即可

1- It is better to cut the sausages into pieces right before stir into the pan with the sauce mixture.

2- To simplify the cooking process, you can even replace the mushroom, green pepper and onion with frozen assorted vegetable.

3- If you want to enhance the flavor of the dish, you can replace sausage with meatball.  Add 1/4 cup of white wine and cooking cream into the sauce mixture.

  2. 今次個餸有啲似我奶奶嘅士DIE佬呀,就係見咩整咩 o肋!佢有時煲湯見到廚房有舊紅蘿蔔,都唔理夾唔夾就掟埋落去煲 o架喇,都幾攪笑 o架!
